uprising of funds towards more resources for homeless and chemically
dependent citizens.

a. It is a monthly government provided income that can be received as cash assistance or food assistance
b. The funding is available because of state taxes.
c. This resource is available to citizens with little to no income.
2. Abuse/Domestication
a. The improper use towards the purchase of unnecessary items.
b. People receiving state assistance for elongated periods of time.
c. Finding foundation with the state provided income.
3. Benefits
a. Stability while seeking permanent employment/ furthering education.
b. qualify for other programs restricted to those whom receiving benefits.
4. Stricter requirements and eligibility
a. With a more stern watch of purchases.
b. Drug screenings with available resources.
c. Proof of employment seeking or regular attendance in education.
5. Outcome
a. Broader variety of resources for homeless/elderly as well as chemically dependent.
b. Percentage reduction of citizens using state assistance also drops in unemployment rate.
c. People on state assistance for short periods of time.
This is a very awesome idea. Last semester I was going to write about The Needle Exchange and why it was helpful for the community.
